GSJTI LLC focuses on moving into the second stage category (5 to 10 employees, with a minimum of two years of financial statements (Balance Sheets and Income Statements), growing, with access to markets outside of the local community (Through exports or eCommerce) 

The secondary target market are second stage companies with over 10 employees and more than $750,000 in revenues with a history of growth or a case for potential growth, with access to markets outside of the local community (Through exports or eCommerce) 

The cost of GSJTI LLC's consulting services varies depending on the scope of the project. 

One-on-one counseling services - $175.00 per hour.

Strategic planning and customer discovery fees for companies with fewer than 20 employees are $250 per FTE.  

Financial/Cash Flow Analysis with narrative is $500 for businesses with a minimum of two years of financial statements and with 5 to 10 employees.
